Our artwork is carefully crafted and shipped with care—from our print studio to your wall.
🕒 Production time
Once your order is received, production usually starts within 12 hours.
Printing and packaging takes an average of 1 to 5 business days before your order is shipped.
🇪🇺 EU & 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Art prints – delivery within 2–5 business days
Heavy packages – delivery within 2–5 business days
Important:
Due to Brexit, import duties or additional fees may apply to larger orders within the UK. These will be the responsibility of the customer.
🇺🇸 United States
Art prints – delivery within 3–5 business days
Heavy packages – delivery within 4–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada
Art prints – delivery within 3–7 business days
Heavy packages – delivery within 5–14 business days
🌍 Worldwide
Art prints – delivery within 3–7 business days

🎄 Holidays & Busy Periods
During November and December (holidays), shipping times may vary due to high demand at Wallo and our carriers.
Delivery times may also be slightly longer around Easter due to the closure of production and transport services.
The delivery times stated are estimates — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
📦 Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days .
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
(Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)
⏳ Delayed or missing shipment
An order is considered lost if it:

takes more than 15 business days to arrive (US & EU), or
-
takes more than 21 working days to arrive (internationally).
Wallo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please feel free to contact our customer service — we're happy to help.
🏠 Incorrect or incomplete address
If your package is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs .
Wallo cannot be held liable for loss of shipments due to incorrect address information.
❌ Cancel & Change
Want to change or cancel your order? You can do so within 2 hours of placing your order (during business hours).
After that time, our returns policy applies.
Personalized orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
If an order is not picked up at a collection point, it can be reshipped for a small shipping fee.
If you prefer a refund, the return fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
📅 Deadlines & Delivery
To ensure timely delivery, orders close at 5:00 PM CET on the last ordering day.
While 99% of our shipments arrive on time, exceptional circumstances such as carrier or supply chain delays may occasionally result in later deliveries.
By placing an order you acknowledge this possibility and agree that no claims can be made in the event of any delay.
